The REDUCE Project, initiative on the food waste.
The Project wants to tackle the issue of prevention on food waste with an integrated approach.
The Verderocca school and other schools in Rome participated to the project, and on 1st of February will be celebrated the National Day for the prevention of food waste, and Pedevilla will take part.
Knowing and focusing on the causes and dynamics of waste helps concretely reduce them and implement preventive behaviors. The food wase topic is very important to us, and every day we take part to initiatives such as these to raise awareness among students in schools.
