Pedevilla has received the 2019 Workplace Health Promotion Award, recognition of its position as one of the companies that Promote Health in the Workplace The certification is part of the Regional Program to promote health supported by Rete WHP Lombardia. The aim is to prevent and counter harmful behaviour and to improve lifestyle habits. The program includes an anti-smoking campaign, promotion of balanced diets, sustainable mobility and highway safety.
The certification endorses an approach that demonstrates how improvements in the life styles of a company’s employees have positive effects on worker health, motivation and satisfaction. A change for the good that enables the company workforce to live their professional life in a positive climate.
