13 November was the first Selection Day at the Gastronomic Science University in Pollenzo. It was an opportunity for us to meet the university’s best students who could be selected to join our family. We are delighted to be the springboard for tomorrow’s young talents and to offer them the chance of a rapid entry into the world of work. We shall be implementing a process for the integration of new professionals who will contribute to our company’s growth and we want to be a reference for the new generations hoping to become part of the world of catering and food research.
