We took part to the IFMA association conference, “I Can Get (Customer) Satisfaction”, held in Milan on 12th June. This was an opportunity to discuss about a relevant topic for us: the central client’s role in the modern organization. Today has a client centric policy, where all clients desires and needs are considered essential for the success, is the key to be successful.
“I Can Get (Customer) Satisfaction” was a meeting to gather new ideas and tools to overcome customer satisfaction and put the person’s experience at the center of the business.
