Even in 2021 Pedevilla is confirmed among the most competitive, reliable and sustainable companies in Central Italy, receiving for the fourth consecutive year Industria Felix Award – Lazio, Tuscany and Abruzzo.

In particular, Pedevilla has been awarded of the High Honor for Financial Statement as the best company in the catering sector in Lazio for management performance and financial reliability.

In 2020 Pedevilla was recognized and awarded as an Italian Competitive and Reliable Company, receiving the High Budget Honor with the Felix Industry Award – Italy that competes.

The award is reserved for companies with the best management performance and with an indicator of financial reliability of solvency or security.

The analysis, conducted by Cerved Group, takes into consideration some balance sheet parameters: decreasing EBITDA, with a positive ROE index, in profit, with a financial expense / EBITDA ratio of less than 50% and with an unchanged or increasing delta of employees compared to the previous year.

Pedevilla won the Industria Felix Magazine Award for the third consecutive year, ranking among the top 38 companies of Lazio for management processes and financial reliability. Pedevilla has also been awarded as the best company in the catering business.

Pedevilla has received the 2019 Workplace Health Promotion Award, recognition of its position as one of the companies that Promote Health in the Workplace The certification is part of the Regional Program to promote health supported by Rete WHP Lombardia. The aim is to prevent and counter harmful behaviour and to improve lifestyle habits. The program includes an anti-smoking campaign, promotion of balanced diets, sustainable mobility and highway safety.

The certification endorses an approach that demonstrates how improvements in the life styles of a company’s employees have positive effects on worker health, motivation and satisfaction. A change for the good that enables the company workforce to live their professional life in a positive climate.

Plimsoll award

Pedevilla has been awarded the Plimsoll Certificate for Business Excellence 2019, ranking as one of the greatest catering companies in Italy and one of the enterprises with the highest ROA in 2019.

These two acknowledgements received at the end of 2019 allow Pedevilla to stand out among the fastest-growing companies on the market.

The study conducted by Plimsoll Publishing Limited analyses the financial solidity of 238 Italian catering companies. Each company was assessed by analysing and processing its key performance indicators, and the data collected was then used to identify the overall trends in the catering sector.

Pedevilla has been acknowledged as one of Italy’s 63 highest-performing small enterprises, selected to compete for the 2019 Best Performance Award. This annual award will be presented for the third time this year in partnership with SDA Bocconi, J.P. Morgan Private Bank, PwC, Refinitiv and the 24 ORE Group to acknowledge outstanding Italian enterprises.

The awards ceremony held on 23 October 2019 at SDA Bocconi School of Management is open to companies that have stood out in Italy for excellence in sustainable development, the ability to conduct business in a way that is good for people and the environment, business strategies based on innovation and management of financial growth.

Pedevilla is one of the top performing companies in Italy on the basis of these parameters.
