On February 15th, Fendi organized a “Sustainable Day”. We participated, as suppliers of the Fendi Cafè.
Our contribution was a sustainable menu in which we focused on leftovers which can represent fundamental elements for innovative, tasty and original recipes.
Pedevilla’s chefs cook in respect of sustainability paying attention to the environmental impact on our planet. The production cycle contemplates daily and tangible initiatives to optimize water and energy consumption, and effectively manage waste.
We prefer the use of biodegradable and environmentally friendly materials, with particular attention to waste and the sustainable production, preservation of local products and the use of bio products.
